Weaving a Sense of Place
Recording personal experiential realities to create a sense of place.

​Over 3 hours, learn the ancient craft of weaving;
how to set up a simple loom and begin to create
a woven story to record a sense of place.

We work with a range of materials and natural fibres,
which can be collected (depending on the location
of the workshop) or I can provide.

This workshop can be conducted in any sort of landscape - urban to wilderness and everything in between.  

Weaving is a contemplative and meditative process
suitable for beginners and anyone who enjoys working
with textures and colours.

A simple and profound way of freshening and
​enlivening your present arts practice -
​whatever your discipline.
